Poor li’l Jack…turns out he apparently was acting ouchy & uncomfortable
because he’s got lupus! I did get a grin out of his owner by suggesting
that Mr.-Canis-who-has-lupus here should be summarily renamed Wolfman Jack,
but the idea didn’t stick. Neither did the booties; Jack never bit them off
or anything but his feet did finally improve past the need to wear them.

Cute photo but Jacks looks a little sad.
He was a little sad! He's much better now, tho, and remains the single mellowest JRT I've ever seen. I have to wonder if his health is the reason he's the antithesis of the usual JRT temperament.
