It was three degrees out when I woke up this morning. Just about froze
running outside to catch this photo of the sunrise.

Nothing chaps my ass more then Christmas lights still up long after the
holidays..... Lucky me get's this as a view out my front door......and I'm
sure the view will be similar come April.... Grrrrrrr!!!! ;{

Winter sunset. What's nice about this is that I took it at 5:11pm and there
was still a little light left in the sky. Yay!

I've lived in this house for how long? A couple of years? And I just
realized this morning we can see Mt. Rainier through the south-facing
windows. That seems like a good omen for Jan 1: Discovering beauty that's
been right under my nose all along. :)

Pretty sky as I left work late tonight. I didn't even notice the two big
trucks sitting there until I looked back at the photo when I got home...
they look like big gas trucks or something?? What the hell are they, and
what are they doing parked in front of the student center?

I wish I could capture the beauty and the magic of the twilight hour and
bottle it but alas this is the best I could do with my little point and
shoot. I never have the big camera when I need it.

The sky was so clear this morning -- very unusual! Loved the little crescent
moon up there.
