Had no clue what to make for dinner so I ended up just throwing a bunch of
crap in a pan. This had chicken, tomatoes, peas, onions, some cream, some
ricotta and some spices. Looks kinda nasty but it was tasty over rice.

OMG! Joe would never eat a mess like that. He hates food when it's all together.
