(Cheat) This is my mom's coworker's son, Christopher. Four years ago on Dec.
8, 2006, he was killed when the car he was riding in smashed into a tree at
over 90 miles an hour. The man that was driving the car he was in was
extremely intoxicated and the case has been awaiting trial ever since the
crash re-constructionist declared him the driver. Since then the
re-constructionist has died, and the trial has been continued numerous
times. On Friday, the case will finally go to court because the driver was
caught in violation of his parole - he wasn't supposed to leave the state,
and he was caught last weekend in Kentucky trafficking drugs. Hopefully, the
trial will finally give Chris's family a sense of justice.

that's sad. the trial won't be much fun for them, but like you said, at least it'll be some justice (hopefully he's found guilty!)
