Back to the therapist! Saw her today for the first time in over two years.
Hoping she will help me keep my head screwed on straight through this
whole... whatever it is.

I'm glad you are going back to her. After hearing the news of your SIL and having to take care of her as well. I think your therapist could really help. Good luck!
