Some days I can’t get the camera on a great shot to save my life; other days
my timing seems to be under some kind of perfect otherworldly guidance!
This happened at the end of a redtail hawk pairs dancing session that netted
me 14 decent images of both birds. I heard the aircraft and was stunned
that it really did cruise perfectly into frame while I had the hawk in as
good as my focus was going to get! This isn’t nearly the aerial disaster it
looks like; the plane was quite a ways back behind the bird.
