For those who haven't been to philadelphia or baltimore, here's an example
of a rowhome. 75% of the homes in philly are rows. They're usually only
about 12-18ft wide, but the rooms are deep and sometimes they have up to 4
floors.

I really like the design of this building. A 4 story row home might not be to bad :)
