Here's a pic of the delicious salad and turkey burger I made for dinner.
I'll be eating it for three days at least, due to all the leftovers, so its
a good thing it was so tasty.

That salad looks scrumptious!!
i'm a little intimidated by lettuce salad with fruit in it...
Renatta-berries in a lettuce salad are wonderful-you should try it! This one has goat cheese and pecans too, with a homemade strawberry vinagrette dressing. I stole the idea from a salad I had at Panera Bread a few weeks ago.
